    4Do I need a visa card to make payment?
    No. Payment can be made in cash or via mobile money.

    To signup as a driver, go to App Store or Google Play. Download the Ucab app, then fill in the driver registration details. NB: Please make all documents ready for verification when requested. Voila!

    Ucab bills you by the number of kilometers you have traveled with a Ucab driver.

    You can make a report or complaint on the review page of Ucab app. Go to the contact page and call the numbers provided. NB: Please be ready to provide details of the driver and any additional information requested.
