Ucab Route in compliance with Covid 19 protocols issued by the government of Ghana and the Ministry of Health, encourage all users (passengers and drivers alike) of the Ucab App to take saftety precursions before and after boarding a car. General instructions include:

  • Wash your hands requently with soap under running running
  • Use alcohol hand rub when your hands are not visibily dirty
  • Do not touch eyes, mouth, and nose with unwashed hands
  • Keep a distance of at least one step (1 meter) from a person showing signs fever, coughing, and difficulty in breathing

    1How do I request a Ucab ride?
    To start to requesting rides on Ucab, go to App Store or Google Play. Download the Ucab app, then create an account with your email address and mobile phone number. Voila!
    2Does Ucab operate in all 16 regions?
    Ucab currently operates mainly in Brong Ahafo (Sunyani). Our team is working hard to expand our reach to other regions.
    3Can I request a ride online?
    No, the current website does not support this feature. To request a ride go to App Store or Google Play. Download the Ucab app, then create an account with your email address and mobile phone number. Voila!
    4Do I need a visa card to make payment?
    No. Payment can be made in cash or via mobile money.
    5How can I signup as a driver?
    To signup as a driver, go to App Store or Google Play. Download the Ucab app, then fill in the driver registration details. NB: Please make all documents ready for verification when requested. Voila!
    6How will I be charged?
    Ucab bills you by the number of kilometers you have traveled with a Ucab driver.
    7How do I make a report or complaints?
    You can make a report or complaint on the review page of Ucab app. Go to the contact page and call the numbers provided. NB: Please be ready to provide details of the driver and any additional information requested.
